Choosing a web design service can be difficult, and there are many factors to consider, including experience, price and service. You also need to ask what you actually receive for the quoted price and how approachable the company or individual will be once the job is complete.

There are lots of companies, agencies and even freelance web designers who will promise the Earth but won’t deliver a full service. Some clients may not be fully aware of the standard practices required for a fully functional website that is secure, responsive on all devices and search-engine optimised.

You can rest assured that once the site is completed, you will not be left to your own devices and I will always be available to offer further advice. You will be given training if required, so you can make any changes or adjustments to your website. However, if you feel you will be making or adding content to your site on a regular basis and would rather KM Creative handle this, then you will only be charged a nominal hourly fee. Some companies charge an exorbitant fee even for minor changes.
